PlaySPC is a media player for SPC files, which is the format internally used by the SNES for music. The official site is here, or check out the SourceForge project page here. This page is just a mirror of the most recent release. The bulk of it is licensed under the GPL, though parts are under the LGPL or the Clarified Artistic License.
